Welcome to the Feature & Follow
Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers -- but you have to know -- the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.
The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs!
How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools -- keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
What sets this Hop apart from others, is our Feature. Each week we will showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Who is our Feature today? Find out below. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow our Features and ayou must follow the hosts (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read) as a courtesy. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your #FF post. A lot of blogs are transitioning to Wordpress in which they do not have the luxury of GFC, so an RSS subscription is appreciated or if you choose an email subscription. If you don't have GFC please state in your post how you would like to be followed.
We pick our featured blogs randomly each week from the blogs who participated the week before.
Please be sure to feature your e-mail address clearly on your blog. Either on the main blog, on a Contact page, or on an About Me page. If I can't find your email easily, I will choose a different blog to feature.
Our Feature - Piper's Book Blog
1. When did you start blogging?
I started blogging on April 6, 2015. So, I haven't been blogging for very long but I found my love of reading as a kid so I have been reading since I was a kid. I hope to continue blogging for as long as I can!
2. What is your favorite part of book blogging?
I love writing reviews and seeing that I get comments! I love seeing that people actually read my reviews and read that certain book because of me! I also love meeting new friends who also share the love of reading! I love being able to fangirl and discuss books with someone else who loves books like I do!
I mostly blog about YA books because I really love YA books. But, occasionally I will read an adult book and review it.
My favorite books are The Selection Series by Kiera Cass, A Work In Progress by Connor Franta, The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer, LUX Series by Jennifer L Armentrout, and a lot more!
Pretty much the same at the favorite part of blogging answer. I have met new friends who also share the love of books! I love meeting new bookish friends!
Question of the Week: If you could have an endless supply of food what would it be? - Suggested by Not Tonight, I'm Reading
Well, the easy answer would be chocolate. Who could get sick of chocolate? One of my friends worked in a chocolate shop every summer during college. I asked her if she ever got tired of sampling the chocolates. She said, unfortunately, no - she always loved it.But there are other ways to approach this question. Is it the only food that I'll ever eat again? If so, then I'd probably want something that provides protein, carbs, vegetables, and calcium. Plus something I could tolerate eating forever. I'd go with pizza - the supreme kind so it has vegetables. My favorite is from Papa Murphy's - Cheese, pepperoni, sausage, onions, green peppers, spinach, and fresh tomatoes.
Another way to look at the question is to consider whether I have to eat all the of food. If not, I'd want the most expensive food possible. Like really high quality caviar, for example. Then I could sell it and use the money for a wider variety of food and other wanted items.
How about you?

If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would you pick? Fictional ones count too! - Suggested by Book Cat Pin.

Definitely seeing we all have different interpretations of this question! I just saw it as, we have an endless supply of one kind of food. We can still buy other things, but this is just magically supplied again and again!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Follow Friday
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
I love your "easy answer". Mainly because I'm allergic to chocolate and so do get sick from it. This weirdly made me laugh.
ReplyDeleteI like your idea of selling the caviar to make money. I don't think that's something I'd really fancy eating though.
Old follower.

I love how much thought you put into this Alison. I just picked my favourite food and ran with it, but supplementing my income by selling caviar could be a great sideline!
ReplyDeleteHere's my FF.
Old follower :-)
Haha, clever thinking. I didn't think about turning this question to my advantage. :D
