In My Mailbox #67

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren.

I'm Alison (on the off chance you couldn't guess that from the name of my blog). I review Young Adult novels with a few Middle Grade books and a weekly manga feature.

*It's been a few weeks since I've done IMM. I've been traveling a lot. I may forget a few of the books I've received, but I'll try to add them in future weeks.

*Purchased for Book Club. Finished the other day. Meh. I wouldn't bother. But next month we're reading The Dovekeepers by Alice Hoffman, which I'm very excited to read.

*I've already read and loved this book. I won an annotated copy of it - with two chapters that Leah handwrote notes in. It's so awesome! Thanks Leah!

    That cover to Mistwood is SOOOOOOOO gorgeous! I have yet to read Insatiable but it is on my nook so I can't wait to get around to it. Great haul this week and I hope you enjoy them all!

    Mistwood was pretty good. I'm in middle of the sequel, and I like it more, though.
    I loved Jessica's Guide to Dating On The Dark Side. Looking forward to hearing what you thought of the sequel!

    I'm waiting on my copies of The Mockingbirds and The Rivals to arrive, I can't wait:) I read Meg Cabot's Insatiable a few months back and I liked it, it's got some pretty funny (and steamy!) parts!And Cinder was awesome:) Great books for you this week Alison!

    I'm listening to the audiobook of Insatiable right now! I'm on the fence about it, though. It's not bad, but I'm crazy about Lucien. Still, Meg Cabot usually pulls through.

    I actually saw Insatiable last night while I was shopping and I knew I should have scooped it up. I just wasn't sure whether it was a series or not! Cinder was a great read, I hope you like it!

    Great choices! I also got Catherine the Great a few weeks ago but have not been able to start it. I love reading bios about strong women and this one got such great reviews. Can't wait to dig into it.

    you could get some carrots,cucumbers and chop in to finger sized pieces and make a dip thats the starter, and for the main you could make sandwiches.

    Plenty of good suggestions already. I can add Greenwich Park with views over the river. However, I would say Epping Forest is your best bet.
